Round six of the 2026 Penrite ProMX Championship at Traralgon marked another positive step forward for the Kawasaki-supported Team Green contingent, highlighted by another strong Kawasaki MX1 performance from Penrite Racing Empire Kawasaki rider Ryan Alexanderson aboard his KX450. JPM 360 Kawasaki rider Taylah McCutcheon finishing on the MXW podium with an impressive P3 overall.

The return of the MXW category also proved successful for JPM 360 Kawasaki, with McCutcheon racing her KX250 to a solid 3-3 scorecard and P3 overall. The podium result sees McCutcheon move into second place in the MXW standings heading into the final two rounds of the season.

JPM 360 Kawasaki’s Jayce Cosford led the Team Green charge in MX2. Two strong starts – including a holeshot in moto one – combined with consistent 8-8 finishes to secure P7 overall for the Queenslander, while teammate Madoc Dixon rounded out the top 10.
For Dixon, poor starts proved costly, although the Kiwi’s race pace was evident as he charged through the field in both motos to record a 9-11 scorecard – taking confidence away from the weekend

Alexanderson impressed in just his second outing with the team, charging to P5 overall in the premier class after another competitive showing with 6-6 moto scores. Unfortunately, teammate Brad West was forced to sit out the weekend through illness, sidelining him for the sixth round of the season.

Haruki Yokoyama also showed encouraging speed at Traralgon, qualifying fifth in MX2 aboard his KX250. An opening moto DNF halted his momentum, however, the Japanese rider rebounded in moto two with a solid ninth-place finish. Team Green rider Joel Cigliano wrapped up the day with a top 20 finish.

With round six complete, the Kawasaki-supported Team Green riders now turn their attention to round seven of the Penrite ProMX Championship at Green Park, Conondale on July 26, where the opening leg of the season-ending Queensland double-header awaits.
