The Boost Mobile AUSX Supercross Championship will return to McDonald Jones Stadium in Newcastle on November 28, featuring as the Grand Final round in 2026.

Supercross will make its return to McDonald Jones Stadium, which featured on the AUSX calendar in 2022 and 2023. The New South Wales round was subsequently held in Wollongong and Cronulla across the following two seasons.

“Newcastle has consistently delivered incredible crowds, atmosphere, and support for Supercross, making it the perfect home for our Grand Final,” said AUSX CEO Adam Bailey.

“We’re incredibly grateful for the continued support of Destination NSW and the City of Newcastle. Their commitment to the championship has helped establish Newcastle as one of the sport’s premier destinations and makes events like the Grand Final possible.

“When the gate drops in Newcastle, the pressure, excitement, and emotion of an entire season will come to an epic crescendo in Newcastle. We have no doubt the Newcastle fans will show up in full force, celebrate the crowning of some of the world’s best racers.”

AUSX begins at Townsville’s Queensland Country Bank Stadium on October 3, before heading to Auckland’s North Harbour Stadium on October 31. Victoria will host round three on November 7, followed by Perth’s HBF Park on November 14, and then Newcastle’s finale.

The venue for Victoria’s third round will complete the five-event schedule, with an announcement expected in the coming weeks.

Tickets go on general sale from June 25 via Ticketmaster, while an AUSX Priority pre-sale will commence on June 23 through the AUSX Supercross website.
