PMG Suzuki organization officially announces renewed 2027 deal.
Reigning 450SX champion Ken Roczen will race-on to defend his Monster Energy Supercross Championship in 2027, with Suzuki formally confirming his return to the Pipes Motorsports Group (PMG) organization.
The 32-year-old will remain aboard the RM-Z450 with AWM Fulfillment PMG Suzuki presented by Progressive/Cycle Gear, extending the partnership that delivered his breakthrough premier-class 450SX crown this year.
“Suzuki is excited to announce that Ken Roczen will return to the AWM Fulfillment PMG Suzuki presented by Progressive/Cycle Gear team for the 2027 Supercross season to defend his championship title aboard the RM-Z450,” the manufacturer announced.
Roczen returned to Suzuki in 2023, reuniting with the manufacturer that powered him to the 2016 AMA Pro Motocross Championship. His latest commitment will extend that second stint into a fifth-consecutive season.
The announcement also adds further strength to PMG’s roster following the signing of Justin Barcia for 2027, whose agreement covers the upcoming Monster Energy SMX season and includes a mutual option to continue into 2028. It’s also expected that Jason Anderson will continue with PMG.
Suzuki’s initial announcement specifically confirms Roczen – currently in New Zealand for the Boost Mobile AUSX championship – for Supercross, with no additional details outlined regarding his Pro Motocross participation or the duration of his latest agreement.
