Two-rider roster officially announced for ProMX 2026.
Raceline Husqvarna TDUB Racing Team will field a two-rider roster in the 2026 Penrite ProMX Championship, with Reid Taylor finally named in MX2 alongside Todd Waters as the ongoing MX1 entry.
Taylor joined the Waters-led program ahead of last year’s Boost Mobile AUSX Supercross Championship, only to break his wrist at the season-opening Redcliffe round and bring an early end to his SX2 campaign.
After a stint in the US last year that included select rounds of Pro Motocross, the 22-year-old has now been confirmed with the Gold Coast-based Raceline effort in his fulltime return to the Australian motocross series onboard FC 250 machinery.
“It’s been a solid pre-season, and we’ve made good progress heading into the new year,” Taylor commented. “I’m feeling ready and good to go with the Husqvarna team, and looking forward to getting the championship underway in Wonthaggi.”
As for 36-year-old team owner/rider Waters, the 2019 national MX1 champion is excited for the season to commence at Wonthaggi between March 21-22. He will be the sole FC 450 rider within the Raceline team outdoors.
“2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year for us, with young Reid Taylor joining our motocross program,” said Waters. “He’s got serious speed, and we’re looking forward to lining up with him in this year’s ProMX Championship.
“On my side, I’ve found some renewed fire and motivation, and am really enjoying my off-season training while building momentum ahead of going racing. Working alongside long-time mechanic Jason Waters and experienced engine technician Andrew Franklin, we’ve made strong improvements to our FC 250 and FC 450 packages.”
Waters finished ninth overall in the MX1 standings last year, highlighted by a season-best P5 at Canberra, while Taylor recorded P13 the last time he contested MX2 in 2024 with Penrite Racing Empire Kawasaki.
