GASGAS Junior Racing Team will feature Seth Thomas and Sidney Stephenson in 2026, the emerging young teammates aiming to make their mark on junior competition throughout the country once again this season.

Thomas was a standout over the course of the past year, claiming the 125cc 13-U15 Years championship at the KTM Australian Junior Motocross Championship (AJMX) in South Australia.

The New South Wales racer also delivered a P2 result in the MX85 Cup class of the Australian ProMX Championship onboard the GASGAS MC 85, in addition to finishing a spectacular third position in the 85cc Junior Motocross World Championship.

For 2026, Thomas will again be equipped with the GASGAS MC 125, while also stepping up to an MC 250F within the 13-U15 Years division to continue his development with the GASGAS Junior Racing Team.

After recording a top-10 finish in the 85cc 12-U14 Years category at AJMX and in the ProMX MX85 Cup last year, Queensland prospect Stephenson will again line up in the same division in 2026 onboard his GASGAS MC 85, while also contesting the 125cc 13-U15 Years class on the GASGAS MC 125.

The GASGAS Junior Racing Team duo are all set to GET ON THE GAS in the upcoming new season, forming a capable two-rider roster with Thomas and Stephenson targeting ultimate success at the 2026 KTM Australian Junior Motocross Championship (AJMX) in Shepparton, Victoria, this September.

Kyle Blunden, KTM Group Australia Motorsport Manager: “We’re really excited to see Seth and Sidney flying the flag for the GASGAS Junior Racing Team in 2026. Seth had an incredible 2025 season, and stepping up to the MC 250F alongside his MC 125 is a great progression for him. He’s hungry, motivated, and continues to impress us with his attitude and ability. Sidney also made strong steps forward last year, and we’re looking forward to supporting him as he continues to build momentum across both the 85cc and 125cc classes. Together, they form a determined and capable team, and we can’t wait to see them GET ON THE GAS throughout the season ahead.”
