Defending Australian MX1 champion Kyle Webster will contest the opening rounds of the 2026 Pro Motocross Championship after being drafted in by Quad Lock Honda, beginning this weekend at Fox Raceway.

The 30-year-old two-time ProMX number one is expected to line up in the 450MX premier class at both Pala and Hangtown, alongside full-time Quad Lock Honda rider Christian Craig.

Webster has previously contested selected Pro Motocross rounds across the past two seasons, highlighted by a career-best eighth-place finish overall at the 2024 RedBud National via a 10-9 moto scorecard. He’s the current Motocross of Nations (MXoN) champion with Team Australia alongside the Lawrence brothers, including at Ironman last year.

The Honda Racing Australia team regular has also lined up at the Southwick, Budds Creek, Ironman and Unadilla rounds of Pro Motocross in recent seasons, with the opening rounds of the 2026 series marking his first appearance at the Californian circuits.

Quad Lock Honda and the factory Honda team in Australia are both owned by Yarrive Konsky, opening the unique opportunity for both operations to share riders over the course of the season.
