Returning to 450SX field after missing round two of the season.
Monster Energy Kawasaki has confirmed that Garrett Marchbanks will return to action this weekend at Anaheim 2, rejoining the 2026 Monster Energy Supercross Championship after missing round two through injury.
Marchbanks was sidelined for the Snapdragon Stadium round after sustaining an undisclosed injury following the A1 opener, prompting the team to withdraw the 450SX rookie as a precaution.
That decision allowed the 24-year-old – who landed the opportunity for this year following Jorge Prado’s departure at the end of last season – additional recovery time before returning to competition this weekend.
After failing to qualify for the main event at A1, a return to Angel Stadium of Anaheim this Saturday night will form an important opportunity for Marchbanks to reset and begin to build momentum following a disrupted start to his 450SX campaign.
