McCutcheon named 2026 MXW class entry in official team.
The new-look JPM 360 Developments Kawasaki team will be headlined by Jayce Cosford and Ryan Alexanderson in the MX2 class of ProMX 2026, with Taylah McCutcheon named as Kawasaki’s official MXW entry.
JPM has taken charge of Kawasaki Motors Australia’s MX2 and MXW program for this season, operated by Gold Coast-based JPM MX Development, and making a low-key rider announcement late this afternoon.
Cosford has transferred from Monster Energy Yamalube Yamaha for the upcoming season after finishing sixth outdoors last year. He had also factored inside the top-five of the AUSX SX2 standings prior to being injured in a German supercross appearance during mid-November.
Alexanderson, meanwhile, returns home from Europe after spending much of 2024 and 2025 in EMX250 with mixed fortunes. He made a pair of ProMX MX2 starts with Penrite Racing Empire Kawasaki – which is solely focusing on MX1 for 2026 – at the beginning of last season when he finished seventh and Wonthaggi and P9 at Appin.
JPM Kawasaki will also support Queensland teenager Deegan Rose in an MX2 development role after he contested last year’s AUSX Supercross Championship as part of the JPM MX Development program.
