Gajser and Herlings crowned world champions at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
The penultimate round of the 2016 FIM World Motocross Championship saw Tim Gajser (MXGP) and Jeffrey Herlings (MX2) clich world titles in their respective categories, while the GP of Americas round was taken out by AMA Pro Motocross regulars Eli Tomac (MXGP) and Cooper Webb (MX2).
