Dunlop’s latest generation Geomax AT82 tyres have been designed to deliver improved handling, traction, and overall performance across a wide range of terrain – including a bi-direction rear Soft and Hard tread pattern.

Compared to its predecessor, the AT82 delivers a more balanced and refined performance, thanks to its updated construction that enhances handling, impact absorption, and braking support, while providing improved predictability under acceleration.

The Geomax AT82 introduces a clever bi-directional rear pattern, giving riders the ability to tailor performance to changing track conditions. Designed to excel across a wide range of terrain, the tyre can be mounted in two directions – one optimised for soft and sandy terrain, and the other for intermediate to hard pack.

In the Soft terrain direction, its rear knobs are positioned to deliver a semi-scoop effect, offering increased drive in loamier dirt. When mounted in the Hard terrain direction, the pattern creates a larger surface area to distribute driving forces more evenly, boosting durability and forward momentum on firmer ground.

They also features Progressive Cornering Block Technology (PCBT) in both the front and rear tyres, which helps reduce knob flex under load. This results in more precise handling, improved cornering stability, and consistent performance across varying terrain. Further refinements include a newly developed front tread pattern, designed to increase grip and predictability when braking or under load.

Thanks to an updated profile and construction, the AT82 delivers better bump absorption and damping, providing a more controlled and comfortable ride. Meanwhile, revised knob shapes and placement contribute to increased durability.

The Geomax AT82 is available in a solid range of sizes to suit most modern motocross and enduro bikes. Up front, riders have the choice of 80/100-21 or 90/100-21 sizing, while rear options include 100/100-18, 120/90-18, 110/90-19 and 120/90-19.
