Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki will be without Drew Adams in Philadelphia after damaging his wrist in Cleveland last weekend, now setting his sights on Pro Motocross.

Adams, 18, has been impacted by injury through the 250SX East season of Monster Energy Supercross 2026, with the team to focus on Seth Hammaker and Nick Romano.

“Sucks how much this sport can beat you down sometimes,” Adams said. “I was starting to feel better in the mains, and at the start of the second race, a racing incident left me with multiple injuries, pretty banged up from head-to-toe.

“I’m going to do my best to keep my head up, focus on moving forward, and trust god’s plan. I’ve got my eyes set on outdoors and on showing you all what I can do this summer. Thank you to everyone who has checked on me and thank you to my team.”

Pro Circuit team manager Iain Southwell added: “We’ve had a bit of bad luck lately and we’re all hoping that Seth and Nick can turn it around in Philadelphia.

“Having a home race for Seth might be all he needs to catch a break, while Nick is ready to get back into the top-10. We’re bummed to see Drew go out with a wrist injury and hope he heals quickly.”

Adams finished sixth in Arlington and won his heat race in Daytona, before going out with a thumb injury. He returned to claim 10th in Nashville, but was unfortunately injured once again on Saturday in Ohio.
