Premier class front-runner recovered from ankle and shoulder injuries.
Two-time Pro Motocross champion Ken Roczen is set to make a surprise cameo in the penultimate round of the 2025 series at the Unadilla National, lining up for the first time since the Pittsburgh round of Monster Energy Supercross in April.
Injuries to both his shoulder and ankle ultimately sent the 31-year-old to the sidelines for an extended time as he recovered, with the Progressive Insurance Ecstar Suzuki racer making a return to riding three weeks ago.
He’s since announced in a pointed post that he will indeed line up at Unadilla, which has been a happy hunting ground for the number 94 with a total of three overall wins at the technical New Berlin venue in the premier 450MX division.
“Well, I’m gonna come race Unadilla next weekend…F#%* it,” Roczen revealed through social media today.
Roczen currently sits 12th in the SuperMotocross World Championship (SMX) standings, capturing an emphatic first-career Daytona Supercross win in March, as well as holding the series-leading red plate during the early stages of the indoor season.
