It remains unclear if Adams will be drafted in for Anaheim 2.
Further injury woes have struck the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki squad, with the team announcing that Garrett Marchbanks will sit out Anaheim 2.
Currently P8 in the 250SX West standings after two rounds, Marchbanks was the lone rider for the team at A1, with Levi Kitchen bowing out due to illness, before Ty Masterpool was called in to replace him at San Diego.
“Garrett Marchbanks will not be lining up at Anaheim 2 this weekend as he focuses on recovering from an injury,” the team confirmed via social media. “Updates to come on his return to racing.”
With Marchbanks and Masterpool sidelined, it is possible that the team will call up Drew Adams – who is in a reserve role – to fill in, but nothing has been confirmed yet by Pro Circuit.
