Two all-new venues have been revealed by the SMX League to join the 2026 Monster Energy SMX World Championship Playoffs, with Historic Crew Stadium in Ohio and Dignity Health Sports Park in California added to a revamped post-season.

The SMX Playoff rounds will run alongside the newly-announced SMX World Championship Final at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena in Missouri, marking a significant change for the series with no speedways on the new schedule.

Season 2026 signifies a major year on the calendar for Ohio, with the playoff opener, scheduled for September 12, joined by the 14th round of Monster Energy Supercross which takes place inside Huntington Bank Field on April 18.

The post-season then heads west for the second playoff stop on September 19, straight into the heart of SuperMotocross competition in Southern California. Dignity Health Sports Park sits just 45 minutes south of downtown Los Angeles, providing an convinient location for race fans.

As previously announced, the SMX Final takes place at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena on September 26, which coincides with the start of a multi-year partnership between SMX League and North America’s premier outdoor and conservation company, Bass Pro Shops.

The three-round post-season completes the 31-race SMX calendar for 2026, alongside 17 Supercross rounds and 11 Pro Motocross Championship events.

Honda HRC Progressive pairing of Jett Lawrence and Jo Shimoda were crowned 2025 SMX world champions in the 450SMX and 250SMX classes last year, with Lawrence having won all three premier class titles since the championship began in 2023.
