Additional riders have been announced for the 2026 World Supercross Championship, with Colt Nichols and Enzo Lopes added to the rider line-up ahead of the opening round in Calgary on August 8.

Former AMA 250SX East champion Nichols will represent the Pipes Motorsport Group (PMG), but it remains unclear whether he’ll contest the SX1 or SX2 division this season.

Brazilian rider Enzo Lopes is set to join MotoConcepts Racing for 2026, making the move to the premier SX1 category after finishing fifth overall in SX2 last season as part of the Rick Ware Racing organization.

In addition, Canadian Cole Thompson has been added to the Team GSM Yamaha roster in SX2, while Germany’s Nico Koch will make his World Supercross debut with the newly-introduced 595 Racing team out of Brazil in SX2.

The latest rider confirmations continue to firm up the 2026 World Supercross Championship roster, with the opening round now less than two months away as Calgary’s McMahon Stadium prepares to host the season-opening round.
