NBC Sports and the SMX League have firmed plans for the 2026 Monster Energy SMX World Championship broadcast package, outlining full-season live coverage across Peacock, NBC, NBCSN and NBC Sports digital platforms.
Peacock will remain the exclusive home of the series next year, streaming all 28 regular-season Supercross and Pro Motocross rounds along with the SMX Playoffs in September. A total of 11 events will also air on NBC, with select races carried by NBCSN.
The 2026 season officially opens on Saturday, January 10, with the Anaheim 1 Supercross live on Peacock at 7:00pm ET. Pro Motocross begins May 30 at Fox Raceway, also streaming exclusively on Peacock.
Commentary will again feature Leigh Diffey and Jason Weigandt, joined by Ricky Carmichael and James Stewart as analysts over the course of the season. Reporting duties will be led by Will Christien and Jason Thomas, alongside Haley Shanley, Katie Osborne and Steven ‘Lurch’ Scott on a rotating basis.
Race Day Live will return once again with Justin Brayton and Adam Cianciarulo hosting, along with Shanley and Steven ‘Lurch’ Scott as reporters.
Peacock recorded more than 1.5 billion minutes streamed during the 2025 season, marking continued growth for the SMX platform.
Internationally, the SMX Video Pass will stream all rounds live and on demand in English, Spanish, and French. In addition, all Spanish-language broadcasts will also be available on Peacock throughout the 2026 season.
A one-hour SMX World Championship preview special airs Saturday, December 27, at 4:00pm ET on NBC and Peacock.
The two playoff rounds (September 12 and 19) and the SMX World Championship Final (September 26) will cap the unified Supercross-Motocross calendar, now entering its fourth year.
