An existing hand injury has ruled Adam Cianciarulo out of Anaheim 2’s fourth round of the 2024 Monster Energy Supercross Championship tonight.

Cianciarulo was absent from the final qualifying session, with Monster Energy Kawasaki revealing afterward that he will miss the remainder of the Triple Crown.

“Adam Cianciarulo will sit out tonight’s race due to a hand injury sustained at A1,” a social media post confirmed. “We’re hoping to see AC back on the line soon.”

It’s understood that Cianciarulo initially injured his hand in a late impact with Jorge Prado (Red Bull GasGas Factory Racing) at the opening round three weeks ago. He was 24th overall at the conclusion of qualifying.
