The final Scouting Moto Combine gathering of 2022 saw Honda-mounted Noah Viney deliver a dominant 1-1 performance at Fox Raceway to secure the overall.

It was a perfect day for Viney, posting the fastest lap in practice, grabbing both holeshots and leading each lap en route to maximum moto scores.

Runner-up to Viney in both races was Enzo Temmerman (Kawasaki), 10.828s adrift in the first race before finishing a much closer 2.795s behind in the final bout. Notching 6-4 finishes, Trevor Colip (GasGas) completed the overall rostrum in Pala.

Fourth on the day was Honda-mounted Evan Stice (5-7), as KTM rider Lux Turner finished P3 in the opening moto, but was 12th in race two which dropped him to fifth overall.

On-track action from Fox Raceway was accompanied by classroom-style education sessions regarding training, fitness and nutrition, and the many layers of media engagement.

Riders were also assigned to one of four esteemed coaches–Michael Byrne, Broc Glover, Reed, and Broc Tickle–who provided mentorship throughout the day.

High temperatures pushing triple digits saw event organizers implement safety protocols for the competitors, which shortened the motos to 15 minutes plus two laps.
