250SX East talent Max Vohland has confirmed he will be forced to miss Arlington this weekend after scans discovered a hematoma in his right shoulder and a cracked collarbone.

The Red Bull KTM rider went down early in the Minneapolis main event and, although no serious breaks have been found, the minor injuries will keep him out for at least one weekend.

“Apologize for the late update, I wanted to get all information before posting,” Vohland announced. “Good news is nothing broken… MRI shows a massive hematoma to the right shoulder and a couple of small cracks in my clavicle. At therapy working, but looks we will miss this weekend. I will be back racing ASAP.”

Vohland is entering his second season in the professional ranks, the lone factory KTM rider in the 250 class eager to build experience after being struck by injuries in both seasons.
