A new team manager has been appointed by Rockstar Energy Husqvarna leading into Anaheim 2, with Nathan Ramsey forming part of a new leadership group in the organization.

Ramsey will take the place of outgoing manager Stephen Westfall, who will remain active through round seven of Monster Energy Supercross in the handover process.

A multi-time race winner at the professional level – including with Red Bull KTM – and also former manager of the JDR Motorsports team, 47-year-old Ramsey has most recently been in a management role with KTM’s amateur motocross program.

“I am super-excited to be working with the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing Team and this great leadership crew with Sean [Murphy] and Tony [Hall],” Ramsey said. “I have all the confidence in this race team and I look forward to many great years ahead.”

Team coordinator Sean Murphy will remain on-board, along with newly-appointed crew chief Tony Hall, who joins the team with years of experience off-road. Westfall had been in the crew chief role prior to briefly managing the team over the past three months.
