The first rider in the 50 second range was Garrett Marchbanks (ClubMX Yamaha) in sixth place, with podium finisher from last week Kyle Peters (Phoenix Honda) in seventh. Defending champion Eli Tomac (Monster Energy Kawasaki) was second place with Ken Roczen (Team Honda HRC) rounding out the top three. Eighth place went to Justin Barcia (TLD Red Bull GasGas), with Dylan Ferrandis (Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha) being the first rider in the 49s range in ninth. The final spot in the top 10 went to Joey Savatgy (Rocky Mountain ATV/MC KTM), while unfortunately, his teammate Justin Bogle crashed hard in untimed practice and will sit out the race tonight.

250SX West heat 1:
The first holeshot of the night went to the rookie Frye, followed by McAdoo, Coty Schock (FXR Chapparal Honda) Carson Mumford (FXR Chapparell Honda), and Dominque Thury (Club MX Yamaha) in the top five. A pile-up in the first rhythm lane collected Smith and Harrison in a massive crash, putting Marchbanks on the ground as well. McAdoo went past Frye on lap two and bolted out to a solid lead. Marchbanks had remounted and began to charge but hit the ground at the end of the whoops getting pinned under his bike, ending his heat race. Nate Thrasher (Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha) worked his way into the top five, the rookie bouncing back well after missing the main event on Tuesday. His forward charge continued as he put a move on Mumford for fourth with two laps to go. Out front, McAdoo had stretched a 10-second lead and would take the checkered flag and the heat race win. Second place went to Frye with his career-best heat finish with Schock, Thrasher, and Mumford rounding out the top five. Thury was sixth followed by Cheyenne Harmon (Yamaha), Derek Kelley (GasGas), and Calvin Fonvielle (KTM) taking the final spots in the main.

250SX West heat 2:
The second heat start went to Cooper ahead of Hammaker, Swoll, Lawrence and Blose. Cooper jumped out to the lead, as Hammaker got passed quickly by both Swoll and Lawrence. After two laps, Cooper’s lead quickly ballooned to 3 seconds, while Lawrence made a move through the whoops and around the outside of Swoll for second. With two minutes to go, Hammaker caught up to Swoll, applying pressure as the race began to come to a close. Out front, Cooper held around a five-second lead for most of the back half of the race and all the way to the end, taking the checker flag, winning heat two right at five seconds ahead of Lawrence in second. Third place went to Swoll who held of pressure from Hammaker who ended up fourth. Blose took fifth with Peters in sixth. The final three transfer spots went to Jace Owen (Yamaha), Robbie Wageman (Yamaha), and Enzo Lopes (Honda)

450SX heat 1:
Barcia grabbed the holeshot with Stewart, Tomac, Brandon Hartranft (Twisted Tea HEP Suzuki) and Aaron Plessinger (Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha) in the top five. Tomac made quick work of Stewart and settled into second behind Barcia, as Hartranft dropped into ninth after one lap. After two laps, the top five were Barcia, Tomac, Stewart, Plessinger and Friese. Wilson recovered from a rough start to work his way into the transfer positions with three minutes to go, just behind Mitchell Oldenburg (Muc-Off Honda) and Tickle. With two minutes to go, Tomac took the lead from Barcia, as the battle for fifth heated up. Savatgy put a move on Friese to take the position, and Tickle followed him by. Wilson quickly got around Friese as well to settle into seventh. Out front as the white flag came out, Barcia continued to pressure Tomac, but the defending champion would hold on to take the win. Barcia secured second, with Stewart rounding out the top three. Fourth went to Plessinger followed by Savatgy, Wilson, Tickle, Friese and Oldenburg taking the final transfer spots.

450SX heat 2:
Heat two start went to Webb with Sexton, Roczen, Max Anstie (Twisted Tea HEP Suzuki) and Musquin in the top five. Roczen made a quick move around Sexton for second and set out to try to catch his title rival Webb who led by 1.8s. The Honda duo of Roczen and Sexton worked their way forward, nearly catching Webb with just over two minutes to go. Anderson had worked his way into the top five after starting further back inside the top 10. Roczen made the move through one of the rhythm lanes to get beside Webb, taking the inside and the lead in the following corner. Roczen quickly stretched out a 1.5s lead, as Sexton closed on Webb for second. Anderson closed on Musquin for fourth and moved around him as the white flag came out. Sexton showed a wheel to Webb multiple times and finally pulled the trigger on a pass, taking Webb to the ground in the process. Out front, Roczen took the win followed by Sexton and Anderson in the top three. Fourth went to Musquin, Webb recovered for fifth and Ferrandis took sixth. Anstie took seventh while Martin Davalos (Team Tedder KTM) and Kyle Chisholm (Yamaha) rounded out the transfer spots.

250SX West LCQ:
Ty Masterpool (GasGas) grabbed the early lead, but Ryan Surratt (Kawasaki) took the lead out of turn two. He was passed quickly by Michael Hicks (Husqvarna), Hardy Munoz (Yamaha) and Marchbanks. Harrison returned after his heat race DNF, he was seventh early on. Hicks got out to a three-second lead over Munoz, who got passed by Marchbanks with just under three minutes to go. Harrison caught Surratt to take the final transfer spot and set his sights on Munoz for third. Out front, Hicks made a small mistake in the sand section, allowing Marchbanks by and into the lead. With 30 seconds left, Cedric Soubeyras caught Harrison and put him on the ground in a pass for the final transfer spot. All the while, Marchbanks cruised to the checkered flag to take the win. The final three transfer spots went to Hicks, Munoz, and Soubeyras.

450SX LCQ:
Justin Starling (KTM) took a commanding lead out of the first corner followed by Hartranft, Cade Clason (Kawasaki) and Kevin Moranz (KTM). Tyler Bowers (Kawasaki) moved in quick on Moranz, eventually getting passed by Joan Cros (Kawasaki) after a mistake. Bowers recovered quick to take the fourth spot in the next section. Starling opened up a 2.5s gap with three minutes to go, with Hartranft second, Clason third and Bowers fourth. Alex Ray (Kawasaki) began to charge in fifth, closing on Bowers with just under two minutes to go. Bowers made a pass on Clason as Ray caught the back of them with a lap to go. Clason kept Ray behind him with a bit of an aggressive move, but Ray put a hard pass on him, running him off the track in the second to last corner. It was Starling with the win, Hartranft in second, with Bowers and Ray taking the final transfer spots.

250SX West main event:
Cooper took the holeshot in the main event ahead of Schock, Hammaker, Lawrence and McAdoo. As they crossed the line on the first lap, McAdoo had worked his way into second with Lawrence in third. Marchbanks made his way past Schock and into fourth, with Hammaker following him through to take fifth. Out front, Cooper maintained a 1.8s lead after three laps over McAdoo, with the same distance back to Lawrence in third. Swoll began to charge through the pack, getting himself to sixth place with 11 minutes to go. Just past the 10-minute mark, Marchbanks nearly high-sided into a rhythm section, sliding into the tough blocks and onto the ground, eventually picking the bike up in the back half of the top 10. Hammaker took over fourth and began to click off the fastest laps of the race with Swoll behind him in fifth. At the halfway point, Cooper managed a two-second gap, over McAdoo, with Lawrence two-seconds back from him in third. Marchbanks’ recovery continued as he worked his way into sixth past Blose with two minutes to go. Lawrence jumped too far out of a rhythm lane, launching off track and into the net on the outside of the corner. He picked up his bike and returned to the track in fifth, leaving Hammaker and Swoll to take over third and fourth. It was smooth sailing for Cooper, who took the win by just over six seconds, with McAdoo and Hammaker taking the final spots on the podium. Swoll took fourth and Lawrence salvaged fifth. Sixth was Marchbanks, with Blose in seventh. The final spots inside the top 10 went to Peters, Thrasher and Frye.

450SX main event:
Roczen grabbed ht holeshot over Webb, Barcia, Tomac and Friese. Roczen jetted out to a quick lead of over 1.5 seconds after the first lap. Savatgy moved into fifth early on with Sexton just behind him in sixth. Tomac got around Barcia for third and set his sights on Webb for second. Musquin’s night ended early, crashing and pulling off the track with 15 minutes to go. Just as that happened, Sexton hit the ground hard, slow to get up and ending his night as well. With 12 minutes to go, Tomac began to pressure Webb, the duo picked up the pace and began to reel in Roczen out front, bringing Barcia along with them. Roczen stretched out a lead again from around the 10 minute mark, but with six minutes to go, Webb caught back up and began to apply pressure. Just as Tomac began to pressure Webb, he hit a tuff block, allowing Barcia to get by. Tomac immediately took the position back but Barcia grabbed the position again. Just as that happened, Webb took the lead from Roczen, the duo going back and fourth multiple times as the clock ticked past the five-minute mark. As Webb stretched out a two-second lead, Tomac put a pass on Barcia to take back third place. In the end, Roczen made a charge but it wasn’t quite enough, Webb took the win, with Roczen second and Tomac third. Fourth was a frustrated Barcia with Anderson fifth. Sixth went to Stewart with his teammate Ferrandis just behind him. Savatgy was eighth, Plessinger ninth and Wilson took his third consecutive top 10.
