Premier class rookie Adam Cianciarulo is eyeing a return to Monster Energy Supercross at Seattle’s 13th round on 28 March as he continues to recover from a broken collarbone.

The Monster Energy Kawasaki contender suffered the injury during practice at Arlington’s eighth round, and underwent surgery just days later to repair the damage.

“My goal right now is to be back racing by Seattle,” Cianciarulo stated. “With this type of injury, stability wise you can come back really quickly – as I’m sure you’ve seen other riders do in the past.

“At this point, in my situation, we want to limit the risk and make sure the bone is strong when I do return. Doing what I can right now to improve so we can pick up right where we left off.”

Monster Energy Supercross heads to Daytona International Speedway this weekend in Florida for the 10th round, where Eli Tomac (Monster Energy Kawasaki) and Ken Roczen (Team Honda HRC) will share the 450SX red-plate.
